On Friday, February 15, 2019, we will be moving offices. During this time there will be no impact to the Venio Servers which you access.
Our Team will be working remotely to be able to continue to support any requests that you may have. Although our phones will be moving, you will be able to still call and leave a message. An email will be automatically forwarded to the team with your message so that they can then return your call. (Note: The best way to reach a team member will be to send an email).
There will be a window where our team will not have full remote access to the Venio Servers (only web-based access will be available to the team). This will occur while we move our VPN/Firewall/ISP connections to the new office. This is scheduled to start at 10:30 AM Eastern and should be completed around 2 PM. It is our hope that it is completed sooner, but this is the window that we have planned.
