The details below, which will now appear in statements of work, outline our payment methods and related information.
5.5 Payment Methods
Upon invoicing you will be granted the option to choose one of five payment methods.
- Cash
- Cheque
- Wire Transfer (For out-of-country clients)
- Electronics Funds Transfer (For Canadian Clients)
- Visa/Mastercard
In all cases you are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to us and to notify us of any changes to such information.
5.5.1 Payments by Cash:
Payments by cash are only to be made in person, at REW Computing Inc’s office.
5.5.2 Payments by Cheques:
If sending by mail cheque payments are to be sent to the following:
- REW Computing Inc.
1151 Gorham Street, Unit #8
Newmarket, Ontario, L3Y 8Y1
And made payable to: “REW Computing Inc.”
5.5.3 Payments by Wire Transfer (Canadian and International Clients):
Note: Banking information for wire transfers will be provided in your statement of work.
A service fee of $17.50 applies to all wire transfers.
5.5.4 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer (Canadian Clients):
Electronic Funds Transfer are to be sent to the same account information as outlined in the Wire Transfers, except that there is NO service fee applied.
5.5.5 Payments by Credit Card:
If you are paying by credit card, you authorize us to charge your credit card or bank account for all purchased services and subscriptions listed in your invoice during the relevant time period. You further authorize REW Computing Inc./ NearZero Discovery to use the third-party platform, Bambora / FirstData, to process payments. You also consent to the disclosure of your payment information to Bambora / FirstData.
A service fee of 3% will be applied to all credit card payments.
5.5.6 Returned/NSF Payments:
Any returned or NSF payments will be entitled to a $100 fee added to the outstanding balance.
